She takes pride in her integral role in crafting and executing innovative, economically viable strategies aimed at achieving substantial energy reduction. As the Director of Utility Partnerships at Enchanted Rock, she is at the forefront of revolutionizing how organizations approach power resiliency.

Chris Pasch
Chris is a Senior Market Approach Manager at CLEAResult with over 10 years of experience in utility level efficiency design and implementation. He is responsible for multiple energy efficiency programs across a variety of electric utilities in Texas. Prior to CLEAResult, he worked with Austin Energy overseeing federal compliance with the city’s ARRA funded efficiency projects. He currently serves on the board as the vice chair of Southcentral Partnership of Energy Efficiency (SPEER). His passion for responsible and sustainable energy planning is rivaled by his desire to ensure that following generations have the training and expertise to continue to make a positive impact on the rapidly changing way we are using energy

Libby McGraw-Kramer
Libby is a forward-thinking, strategic, and accomplished professional who has spent 8 years in the environmental field. Her journey has been diverse, encompassing a range of experiences that have enriched her expertise in beneficial electrification, environmental science education, climate change research, and the management of natural resources. Her commitment to continuous growth has led her to pursue a Master of Science in Energy Policy from the University of Sussex. In her current role as an Energy Analyst at ICF, she is dedicated to driving positive change. Her responsibilities revolve around fostering the operations of Beneficial Electrification and Electric Vehicle (EV) programs. This involves not only facilitating the smooth processing of applications but also crafting internal and client reports that provide valuable insights.

Melissa Matherne
Melissa is a philanthropist, strategist, and creative producer who specializes in creative projects with a strong focus on innovative technology and storytelling. She is also the Creative Lead for Global Transactional & Digital Catalog at Dell. Everything she does, she does for the love of the job. Her passions are directly connected to her portfolio of work. She has hiked deep through the Amazon jungle in support of indigenous rights and marched through the city of Lima, Peru during the United Nations Conference of Parties all in the name of protecting our planet. Philanthropic at heart, she has 15 years of communication and management experience fostering relationships at such organizations as the Alliance Safety Council, LSU Museum of Art, Special Olympics Texas, Citizen Generation, and Rainforest Partnership where she was the Creative Director.

Greg Holm
Greg is a seasoned implementer of energy efficiency programs and projects, with over 30 years of experience in the Energy Efficiency sector. He has made significant contributions as both a utility employee and consultant. Currently, he serves as a Program Manager II at Liberty Utilities, where he oversees both Commercial and Residential energy savings programs. Previously, Greg held the position of Senior Portfolio Manager at CLEAResult, managing a range of electric and gas programs. His expertise extends to Commercial Program implementation, and he has spent a decade working in the data center industry. Notably, Greg collaborated with a team at the Uptime Institute to create, educate, and implement the hot aisle/cold aisle configuration in data centers. Greg's driving motivation has always been to save energy and money while avoiding the wasteful use of resources. He places great importance on teamwork, actively engaging in, creating, and fostering teams. Greg highly values collaboration and shared success.
